Puebla Mexico- Municipal police confirmed that a new narco manta supposedly having a message from The Taliban formerly of the Los Zetas Cartel appeared at apx 6AM in the morning Monday on Highway Puebla-tehuacan. Taliban is rumored to have jumped ship from the last letter and is now with the Gulf cartel.
