ry because when they drive home they are exempt or let go unless they get in an accident or kill someone and then they get a slap on the wrist.... The DWI laws are purely Profit Motive Laws to Steal Liberties made by big govt and big corporations to screw or victimize the average American citizen financially, socially and politically.... Such laws are not Equally Enforced nor are they Just when it goes against the the common practice or norms of society.... Furthermore, more people die and get in accidents where it does not involve alcohol.... It is also ridiculous to punish people because they might of got into an accident or might of done something really bad to justify treating a person like they did! Now! We can rob them and take away many of their liberties...including job opportunities in a country with half its population on food stamps with large numbers being unemployed.... Communism or Fascism???
