Rockefeller’s personality exemplified a secular version of the Puritan ethic, and the total separation of morality and business practices. The ethics of fair play, open dealings, and honesty meant little to him (situational ethics). Centralization and monopoly with market manipulation to increase profits at the expense of average citizens is the damning theme in this marriage between multi-national corporations, big govt, and central banks. This was actually the starting point in the demise of our Christian Constitutional Republic especially with the establishment of the foreign owned US central bank called the Federal Reserve.
